Abstract. The Twenty-Four Solar Terms (二十四节气) are a standardized time measurement system established in ancient China through precise observation of the sun’s annual motion. This system divides the ecliptic into 24 equal 15° intervals, with each interval corresponding to a solar term, forming a complete natural time reference system. Based on a metrological framework, this paper systematically explores how the Twenty-Four Solar Terms evolved from a traditional agricultural time standard into a modern meteorological reference system, revealing their standardized value in climate research, long-term prediction, disaster prevention, and other fields.

Аннотация. Двадцать четыре солнечных термина (二十四节气) - это стандартизированная система измерения времени, созданная в Древнем Китае на основе точных наблюдений за годовым движением Солнца. Эта система делит эклиптику на 24 равных интервала по 15°. В статье, основанной на метрологической базе, исследуется, как двадцать четыре так называемых термина превратились из традиционного сельскохозяйственного стандарта времени в современную метеорологическую справочную систему, раскрывая их стандартизованное значение в исследованиях климата, долгосрочном прогнозировании, предотвращении стихийных бедствий и других областях.
